Saw that trailer and now I want both Ico and SOTC for me PS2; it may be shocking to hear this but I have yet to play them, but always been stunned at their artistry. This one looks like it's gonna set the bar to another level and I don't wanna miss out on it like the other two. Plus, that fox/bat/wolf/bird creature just looks so cute, even if I can't pet it easily x3.
John: heyah, ya I played ICO breifly-but not all the way through. SOTC was an addiction however, I played that through in about a week or less-any free moment I was glued to that thing. These devs do their own thing and have mastered it, I look fwd to this game more than anything on the horizon gamewise
Oh dude, I have to agree with you on this game. Team Ico have had an amazing run with these games and each one is amazing.
I'm not sure how geek you are about this but this is what I've heard.
This game will have more people that you'll have to fight or run from as seen by the arrows in the creature.
It's also possibly set before even SotC like SotC was set before Ico because the protagonist is without horns.
A few of the places in the trailer look alot like some of the ruins in SotC. Like when it pans back to show the stone city, there's the stone city ruins from one of the small Colossus levels.
The creature itself might be the origin of the other Colossi before they became part stone. You can see parts of the others in its form and actions.
Anyway, thats what I've heard and I pass it to you. I'm so getting this game. Trico ftw.
