Found this on my hd-a warmup sketch I forgot about from awhile ago. I feel I needed to post more art here to prevent blogdeathitis.
I had the idea of making some type of samurai?mongolian?/asian? pig rider as I was sketching this thing. I'm not sure what the story is here...any ideas? :P

Pigs are absolutely my new most favorite thing to draw.
I think that the Samurai's simple gesture is my favorite part of this. Sweet warmup.
this looks like a alternate reality Balto. Maybe they run into each other on one of Balto's distant adventures They would butt heads at first, and eventually team up to over through some local tyrant.
Sam Bosma: haha awe sum-I've been obsessed with drawing these beasts for a very long time-gorillas are high on that list-and lately for some reason owls...odd how these 'trends' develop...

kennethjunior: it was actually intended to be a Balto drawing-but for some reason he refuses to manifest from my hand...
I do like the idea of an asian themed boar rider though-so maybe we'll see more of this guy :P

NatsiHall: ha perfect! is that how you found this? lookin' up pigs/samurai? oh man I think I'll do a rhino version too-but not samurai-I have another race of '...' that would be perfect ;)
